Head Trip 2026 was a two-day, 18+ music event at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, on October 10 and 11, 2026. BlackLaneLA arranges pre-booked private transportation between Los Angeles, LAX, Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley, fulfilled through Lux4Rides. We do not list dates for a future edition until the organizer publishes them.

Choose how you want to travel

Pick the service that matches your plans, especially for the ride home. A reservation only covers what it says — continuous waiting is not part of a one-way ride.

• One-way transfer — a ride to your confirmed event destination. It does not include continuous standby or a return ride unless you book one.
• Return transportation — an outbound ride plus a separately scheduled return pickup. Review the actual return date and time, and confirm the permitted meeting location with dispatch.
• Hourly service — a chauffeur and vehicle reserved for the confirmed hours under your service agreement. It can suit guests who need several stops or a vehicle retained for part of the event. Minimum hours, waiting arrangements and availability are shown in your quote.

Venue traffic controls apply to every service. Hourly service does not guarantee access to restricted areas or an immediate departure from the grounds.

Drop-off and pickup at the festival

The organizer runs a dedicated drop-off area for licensed black car and limousine services, and car services must hold an organizer-issued pass to use it. Its published hours are drop-offs on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with staging for pickups allowed from 10:00 PM, and the organizer warns of inbound road closures and likely delays after 11:00 PM. Vehicles without that pass use the public pick-up and drop-off area at the corner of Madison Street and Avenue 52.

Which area applies to your reservation is confirmed by dispatch before your trip — do not rely on an unverified map pin or a gate promise. Plan for a walk between the drop-off area and the entrance, and keep your phone on so your chauffeur can confirm the meeting point after the music ends.

From Los Angeles or LAX

Enter your home, hotel or airport pickup details and the correct travel date. For LAX arrivals, add your flight information and leave time for the arrival process and the long road trip east. Travel time depends on your starting address, freeway conditions, stops and festival traffic, so allow extra time on event days rather than counting on a fixed drive time.

Decide before you book whether your luggage will travel with you to the festival or whether your itinerary needs a hotel stop first — add that stop to your request so the quote covers the whole trip.

From Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley

Palm Springs is not the festival venue. Enter the exact pickup address in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio or wherever you are staying, so your quote reflects the real distance to Empire Polo Club. Dispatch confirms the available pickup and drop-off arrangement for the festival.

Make the return plan before you arrive

Review both legs of your trip before you pay. If your ride home is after midnight, book it on the next calendar date — a 1:00 AM pickup after Saturday’s show is on Sunday, October 11, and a pickup after Sunday’s show that runs past midnight is on Monday, October 12.

Under the operator’s booking terms, a one-way pickup from an event includes 15 minutes of complimentary waiting from the scheduled pickup time; longer waits are billed according to the vehicle and service you booked. The final meeting point can depend on venue controls and may require walking to a permitted pickup area, so keep your phone available for dispatch and chauffeur coordination.
