How does post-event pickup work?
Before the event, you and your chauffeur agree a precise pickup point just outside the heaviest egress zone. The car stages there as the event ends — you walk out, message the chauffeur, and leave while the lots are still gridlocked.
Do you charge surge pricing after concerts or games?
No surge is added when the crowd leaves. Your price is calculated for your trip and confirmed before you pay; waiting beyond the complimentary allowance (15 minutes for a post-event pickup) or hours beyond those booked are billed at the vehicle’s hourly rate under the booking terms.
